The 4900 is a tabletop vacuum table that is ideal for manually applying film using a film applicator on test papers and sample materials. Made of aluminum with suction holes across the entire surface, it is suitable for applying coatings to glass, plastic sheets, and concealment strength test papers. It features an extremely flat surface with a height variation of just 2.3μm per 100mm. It is precisely manufactured to have almost no variation in surface height, achieving an almost "perfectly" flat surface. Any vacuum table from Elcometer has a flatness that is five times that of glass. The table with suction holes includes a switch to change the size of the application test area to either 210x297mm (8.3x11.7 inches) or 297x420mm (11.7x16.6 inches).
